Haley Honeycutt
Haley is another student technician supported by my NSF grant so she also spends lots of time curating specimens and data. She is also working with Jessica on the red, mud and spring salamander genomic project. She is the Biology and Chemistry Labtech and intends to earn a B.S. in chemistry when she transfers.
Jessica Trueblood
Jessica is one of the student technicians supported by my NSF grant so she spends lots of time curating specimens and data. She also is working on a project using genomic data to resolve the topology of red, mud and spring salamanders. She is a Biology tutor and Student Ambassador and intends to pursue a career in biomedical engineering.
Henri Vega-Bernal
Henri was supported by my NSF grant during the first year of the project. He sorted thousands of specimens and moved them from trays into jars. He is very close to completing a phylogeographic project with Seepage Salamanders that is a decade in the making. He has also uncovered considerable morphological variation between Seepage Salamander lineages. Henri intends to pursue a career in the biotechnology field.
